El caviar es un manjar rico en nutrientes. Es naturalmente abundante en Omega-3 (EPA/DHA), proteínas de alta calidad y vitaminas y minerales clave como la vitamina B12 (sistema nervioso y energía), la vitamina D (función inmunológica y huesos), las vitaminas A y E (apoyo antioxidante), el selenio, el yodo, la colina y el hierro. No exactamente. El caviar se refiere a las huevas de esturión, mientras que el caviar rojo (huevas de salmón) proviene de salmones salvajes o de piscifactorías sostenibles. Ambos son manjares: las huevas de salmón son más grandes, brillantes y ofrecen un sabor limpio, salobre y dulce.
