These eggs are harvested exclusively from Beluga sturgeon, renowned for producing the most sought-after caviar with a high gloss finish and uniform shape, indicating premium quality. The set emphasizes authenticity by prioritizing freshness and meticulous craftsmanship during processing. It includes a specified quantity of caviar, making it suitable for tasting, small celebratory occasions, or intimate gatherings. Accompanying the caviar are cocktail blinis made from wheat flour, water, and leavening agents, designed to complement the eggs.

Nutritional values per 100g: Energy: 1160 kJ / 278 kcal. Fat: 18.9 g of which saturated fatty acids: 4.5 g. Carbohydrates: 1.0 g of which sugar: 0.6 g. Protein: 28 g. Salt: 3.1 g.

Cocktail blinis (complimentary, included in the set)
Ingredients: Water, wheat flour (with calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), pasteurised free-range whole eggs, whey powder (milk), cornflour, skimmed milk powder, raising agent (E450i), sea salt, wheat starch, sodium bicarbonate (E500), rapeseed oil, sugar, preservative (E202).
Allergens: Contains gluten (wheat), milk and eggs.

Serve well chilled and enjoy first on its own to appreciate its full scale and refinement. For a classic service, pair with warm blinis, lightly buttered new potatoes, or crème fraîche. Pair with vintage Champagne, Blanc de Blancs, or ultra-premium iced vodka.

We use an Express courier service. For orders submitted from Monday am to Thursday am the delivery time is 24 to 48h. Beleaev Caviar House is delivered in specially refrigerated packaging with ice packs. This means that we can guarantee an unbroken cold chain throughout transit, until the moment your caviar reaches your door.
