Crafted in UK, these delicate mini blini (12 pieces per pack, 2-inch diameter) are the ideal canvas for refined hors d'oeuvres. Simply warm or toast before serving and garnish with a spoonful of crème fraîche and your preferred caviar.

Ingredients: Water, wheat flour (with calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), pasteurised free-range whole eggs, whey powder (milk), cornflour, skimmed milk powder, raising agent (E450i), sea salt, wheat starch, sodium bicarbonate (E500), rapeseed oil, sugar, preservative (E202).

Allergens: Contains gluten (wheat), milk and eggs.

Storage: Keep refrigerated.

Shelf life: For the best before please see the packing details. Use within 11 days from delivery.

Cooking suggestions: Pan-frying (medium heat), oven-baking (180°C (350°F)), steaming (until soft) or grilling (with butter).

Serving suggestions: Pair with seafood (smoked salmon, crème fraîche, dill) or caviar (sour cream, lemon zest). Alternatively, serve with cheese (goat cheese, caramelised onions, honey), fruits (berries, mascarpone, honey) or veggies (avocado mousse, pickled radish).
