A real treat
First time ordering from Beleaev. The Beluga and Oscietra together were the stars, and the smoked salmon and Comte rounded it off beautifully. Made a lovely evening of it.

Great for lazy grazing
No cooking, just laid it out and picked at it all afternoon. The Comte was the pick of the cheeses for me.
Prawns were huge
Spencer Gulf prawns grilled up plump and briny, and the olive oil over the top was gorgeous. A proper terrace dinner.
Cracking olive oil too
Did not expect the Puglian oil to stand out but it is lovely, grassy and peppery. The lobster and prawns were spot on.
Hot links stole it for me
The Wagyu was superb, no question, but the Texas hot links were a surprise favourite, smoky and peppery. Chorizo rendered lovely oil on the grate.
