Perfect for the holidays

We served Imperial Gold during the holidays and it felt just right. Elegant, easy to enjoy, and very well received by everyone at the table

Rich but controlled

More depth than Baeri, yet still elegant. Smooth texture and a long finish.

Silky to the last spoon

The texture is remarkable. Rich without ever feeling heavy, and the duck flavour is beautifully clean.

Slightly less truffle than mushroom

Lovely sauce and beautifully balanced. The truffle note was a fraction less prominent than we expected.
