Tiptree Little Scarlet, made from the rare wild Little Scarlet strawberry, the most prized of all conserves and famously the only jam James Bond will eat. For warm scones, brioche and the finest afternoon tea.

This conserve is presented in a 340g glass jar, suitable for household storage and consumption. It is made with traditional methods, ensuring it preserves the natural sweetness and aroma of the berries. 

The recipe incorporates minimal processing, maintaining the integrity of the fruit while providing a smooth, spreadable consistency, and contains no artificial preservatives or additives. The conserve’s ingredients include wild strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice, contributing to its balanced flavor profile.

The jar dimensions are approximately 4.5 cm in diameter and 8 cm in height. The conservation process involves gentle cooking to preserve the fruit’s delicate qualities.

This preserve is ideal for spreading on warm scones, brioche, breakfast toast, or serving alongside tea. It can also be used as a topping for desserts or incorporated into recipes that emphasize strawberry flavor. 

The Little Scarlet Strawberry Conserve is designed for consumers seeking a premium, artisanal jam featuring unique wild strawberries, perfect for special occasions or everyday indulgence. The jar is airtight, ensuring freshness until the indicated expiration date, and should be stored in a cool, dry place.

To maintain quality, it is recommended to refrigerate after opening and consume within three weeks. The product does not include any additional packaging accessories.

We use an Express courier service for UK delivery. For orders submitted Monday morning to Thursday morning, delivery time is 24 to 48 hours.
