Caviar Tea Sandwiches with Smoked Salmon

Elevate your tea party or brunch with these delicate Caviar tea sandwiches—simple, elegant, and  effortlessly delicious.

Ingredients for 2-3 people

  • 3/4 cup crème fraîche  

  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped  

  • A pinch of fine sea salt  

  • A pinch of freshly ground black pepper  

  • 6 slices rye bread  

  • 1/2 smoked salmon,  thinly sliced  

  • 1 tin (30 grams) Royal Baeri Caviar

Method

  1. In a bowl, gently mix the crème fraîche with the chopped dill, salt and black pepper until smooth. Do not overwhisk — the texture should remain light and silky.

  2. Spread a thin, even layer of the seasoned crème fraîche over the rye bread slices.

  3. Cover each slice with a layer of smoked salmon.

  4. Trim off the crusts and cut each slice into three neat rectangles.

  5. Finish each sandwich with a small spoon of Royal Baeri Caviar placed on top.

  6. Serve immediately.
