Apple Compote Cinnamon Overnight Oats
Use Compote Apple (Pomme), Frozen, Andros (1kg) to make this recipe. Apple compote gives overnight oats fruit pieces and sweetness without extra cooking. Layer part of it rather than stirring everything together, so breakfast keeps a clear apple contrast.

Why this recipe works
Compote supplies both soft apple pieces and sauce, while chia binds the liquid released overnight. Reserving a top layer preserves fruit texture and keeps the oats from tasting uniform.
Practical tips and variations
- Taste the compote before adding any sweetener.
- Keep nuts separate until serving so they remain crisp.
- Add a splash of milk in the morning if the oats are too thick.
Serving and storage
Keep covered in the fridge for up to two days. Do not leave at room temperature for extended periods.
