Made in Italy. Grey Guérande sea salt from the Atlantic coast, hand-harvested and blended with real white truffle pieces (Tuber magnatum pico). White truffle aroma is brighter and more perfumed than black, lifted, almost garlicky, designed for dishes where you want the truffle to be the first thing on the nose. The crunchy salt grain carries the aroma right to the surface. A finishing seasoning, not a cooking salt. Sprinkle just before serving so the volatile aromas reach the table intact.
