The truffle here is in supporting role, gentle, earthy, never overpowering. That is the point of the larger format: a sauce you can use generously, not sparingly. Warm gently in a pan without boiling, so the aroma stays intact. Spoon it over pasta, gnocchi, risotto or polenta, or build it into fillings and pan sauces. Gluten free, vegetarian, non-GMO.
