Use Cases

Clear honey blended with Roquito chilli, a sweet-fruity red pepper that delivers a gentle, building heat rather than a sharp burn. Designed as a finishing condiment, not a marinade.

Best on hot, fatty or salty foods: melted cheese, fried protein, a salty crust. Use sparingly and add to taste at the table.
