Preguntas frecuentes

What makes Yurrita's Cantabrian Anchovy Fillets different from other anchovies?
Yurrita's Cantabrian Anchovy Fillets are crafted from hand-selected fish from the Cantabrian Sea, salted in traditional tins, and cured for at least 20 months to develop a rich, distinctive flavour. They are carefully hand-trimmed for a soft, boneless fillet with a clean, savory finish.
What are some popular ways to enjoy these premium anchovy fillets?
These premium anchovy fillets are perfect as a topping for warm sourdough bread, added to pasta puttanesca, incorporated into Caesar salads, or served on crostini with roasted red pepper and parsley for an elegant appetizer.
How should I store and serve the Cantabrian Anchovy Fillets once I open the tin?
After opening, transfer the anchovy fillets and remaining oil to a non-metal container and refrigerate. Use them within 3 days to enjoy their best flavour and texture. Store the whole tin in a cool, dry place before opening.
