Made from premium-grade paperboard with a coated, non-stick finish, they resist moisture and grease penetration, maintaining structural integrity throughout baking and handling processes.

The pastry cases are primarily used for creating tart shells, dessert cups, or mini savory pies, especially suited for professional bakers, pastry chefs, and catering services seeking consistent quality and presentation.

Included in the package are 180 neutral-colored pastry cases; no additional accessories are provided. The pastry cases should be stored in a cool, dry place and are suitable for oven baking at temperatures up to 220°C (428°F). They are intended for single-use applications; for cleaning or reusing, the cases should be discarded after baking. Proper storage and handling ensure the best performance and maintain the quality of the pastry cases for optimal baking results.

We use an Express courier service for UK delivery. For orders submitted Monday morning to Thursday morning, delivery time is 24 to 48 hours. Beleaev gourmet products are securely packaged to preserve product quality during transit. Frozen and chilled items are dispatched in insulated boxes with ice packs to maintain cold-chain integrity.
