Each set contains four tins: Royal Baeri, Oscietra Royal, Imperial Gold and Beluga Reserve. Mother-of-pearl tasting spoons and mini blinis are included.

Begin with Baeri, followed by Oscietra, Imperial Gold and Beluga. This order moves from a gentler profile towards larger pearls and deeper flavour. Keep each tin over ice and use a clean spoon for every style.

How to serve your caviar tasting
