First time ordering from Beleaev. The Beluga and Oscietra together were the stars, and the smoked salmon and Comte rounded it off beautifully. Made a lovely evening of it.

Did not expect the Puglian oil to stand out but it is lovely, grassy and peppery. The lobster and prawns were spot on.

The Wagyu was superb, no question, but the Texas hot links were a surprise favourite, smoky and peppery. Chorizo rendered lovely oil on the grate.
