To purchase online from beleaev.com, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and restricting access to your device to prevent unauthorised use.
You accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account or password. You may review and update your information in the Your Account section of the website at any time.

2. Access to beleaev.com

We strive to ensure that our website remains continuously available and free from errors. However, due to the nature of the Internet, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
Access may occasionally be suspended or restricted for maintenance, upgrades, or system updates. We will endeavour to limit the frequency and duration of such interruptions.

Unless otherwise stated, BELEAEV CAVIAR & GOURMET LTD owns the intellectual property rights for all content, design elements, text, graphics, and photography featured on beleaev.com.
All rights are reserved. You may access this website solely for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the restrictions outlined below.

5. Pricing & Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
Prices are correct at the time of ordering but may be changed without prior notice.
Should any product become unavailable after you have placed your order, we will contact you by email or telephone to advise on the available options.
If a suitable substitute exists, it will be offered subject to your approval. If we cannot reach you, your order will be shipped excluding the unavailable item.

6. Accuracy of Information

You confirm that all information provided when placing an order is complete, accurate, and current.
We shall not be held liable for delivery delays or losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete customer details.

7. Order Confirmation

Upon successful completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email summarising:

- the product(s) ordered,

- quantities,

- price and applicable VAT,

- delivery and shipping charges,

- and the designated delivery address or pick-up point.

If your order cannot be accepted, we will notify you promptly, explaining the reason for rejection.

8. Payment

All credit and debit card transactions are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer.
If your payment is not authorised, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
All payments must be made in full prior to dispatch.

9. Delivery & Shipping

We are committed to providing fast and secure delivery so that you can enjoy your caviar and other BELEAEV CAVIAR & GOURMET products in optimal conditions.

Beleaev Caviar  and other Chilled products  - Are  delivered in temperature-controlled packaging to guarantee product integrity. Each tin is placed on a cooling element and packed inside a discreet, unbranded box to ensure an unbroken cold chain from our facility to your door or to our pick-up point.

Frozen Goods - Presently need to go into a poly box (we are constantly on the lookout for an alternative to these) with recyclable ice packs.

Ambient Products - Generally due to the nature of these products they do not require any special packaging.  Items in glass containers will be wrapped carefully in padded paper or bubble wrap if necessary.

1. CAVIAR DELIVERY

Delivery Method

We use DHL and DPD services for eligible delivery options, depending on the destination and selected delivery option.

• We dispatch Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery by end of the day. Orders placed after 2 pm are dispatched on the next working day for delivery by end of the day.
• Orders placed on Friday before 2 pm arrive on Saturday by end of the day. Orders placed on Friday after 2 pm and at the weekend are dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday by end of the day.
• For addresses in London Zones 1, 2 and 3, we offer same-day delivery by end of the day.

2. GOURMET DELIVERY (UK ONLY)

Available exclusively in the United Kingdom.

Delivery Method

We use DHL and DPD services, depending on the destination and selected delivery option.

Delivery Times

• Orders placed from Monday morning to Thursday morning are delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on the product category.
• Orders placed from Thursday afternoon to Sunday evening are dispatched on the following Monday.

Delivery Costs

• Next-day Monday to Friday delivery, by end of the day: £9.50 for orders containing chilled or frozen products; £5.80 for orders containing only ambient products. Orders over £150: FREE DELIVERY
• Next-day delivery by 12 pm: £14, or £10.30 for orders containing only ambient products
• If your order contains both chilled or frozen and ambient products, the chilled or frozen delivery rate applies.

3. FREE STORE PICK-UP (LONDON, UK ONLY)

Pick-up point

Opening hours

Monday to Friday, 10 am to 4 pm. Closed at weekends and on UK bank holidays.

Cost and how to choose it

Store pick-up is free of charge for all products. In your basket, choose Free pick-up, Wembley and your preferred pick-up date, then select Pickup at checkout. The pick-up address is added to your order automatically.

When your order is ready

• Caviar, caviar accessories and Japanese Wagyu: orders placed by 1 pm on a working day can be collected the same day. We need at least 2 hours to prepare your order, so same-day orders are ready no earlier than 2 hours after you order (orders placed before 10 am are ready from 12 noon). Orders placed after 1 pm or at the weekend can be collected from the next working day.
• All other products: orders placed by 2 pm on a working day can be collected the next working day. Orders placed after 2 pm or at the weekend can be collected from the second working day.
• If your order contains products with different preparation times, the whole order is ready when the last item is ready.

Your ready-for-pick-up email

We will email you as soon as your order is packed and ready to collect. Please wait for this email before collecting your order.

Collecting your order

Please show your ready-for-pick-up email or quote your order number and the name on the order. Someone else can collect for you with the same details.

We will hold your order for 3 working days from the date of your ready-for-pick-up email. After that, please contact us so that we can arrange the next step.

Packaging for collection

We pack every pick-up order so that you can take your products home in optimal condition.

• Beleaev Caviar and other chilled products: each tin is placed on a cooling element to protect the cold chain on your journey home.
• Frozen goods: packed with ice packs.
• Ambient products: no special packaging is required. Items in glass containers are wrapped carefully.

Please refrigerate or freeze each product at the temperature stated on its label as soon as you arrive home.

Passing of risk

Risk in the products passes to you when you, or the person you have named, collect the order from us.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and all commercial dealings with BELEAEV CAVIAR & GOURMET LTD are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
