5. Pricing & Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
Prices are correct at the time of ordering but may be changed without prior notice.
Should any product become unavailable after you have placed your order, we will contact you by email or telephone to advise on the available options.
If a suitable substitute exists, it will be offered subject to your approval. If we cannot reach you, your order will be shipped excluding the unavailable item.

6. Accuracy of Information

You confirm that all information provided when placing an order is complete, accurate, and current.
We shall not be held liable for delivery delays or losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete customer details.

7. Order Confirmation

Upon successful completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email summarising:

- the product(s) ordered,

- quantities,

- price and applicable VAT,

- delivery and shipping charges,

- and the designated delivery address.

If your order cannot be accepted, we will notify you promptly, explaining the reason for rejection.

8. Payment

All credit and debit card transactions are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer.
If your payment is not authorised, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
All payments must be made in full prior to dispatch.

9. Delivery & Shipping

We are committed to providing fast and secure delivery so that you can enjoy your caviar and other BELEAEV CAVIAR & GOURMET products in optimal conditions.

Beleaev Caviar  and other Chilled products  - Are  delivered in temperature-controlled packaging to guarantee product integrity. Each tin is placed on a cooling element and packed inside a discreet, unbranded box to ensure an unbroken cold chain from our facility to your door.

Frozen Goods - Presently need to go into a poly box (we are constantly on the lookout for an alternative to these) with recyclable ice packs.

Ambient Products - Generally due to the nature of these products they do not require any special packaging.  Items in glass containers will be wrapped carefully in padded paper or bubble wrap if necessary.

1. CAVIAR DELIVERY

Delivery Method

We use DHL and DPD services for eligible delivery options, depending on the destination and selected delivery option.

• We dispatch Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery by end of the day. Orders placed after 2 pm are dispatched on the next working day for delivery by end of the day.
• Orders placed on Friday before 2 pm arrive on Saturday by end of the day. Orders placed on Friday after 2 pm and at the weekend are dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday by end of the day.
• For addresses in London Zones 1, 2 and 3, we offer same-day delivery by end of the day.

• European Union (EU): 24-72 hours
• United Arab Emirates (UAE):
  • Dubai: delivery from 3 hours
  • Other Emirates: delivery within 24 hours

• Next-day delivery by 12 pm, Monday to Friday: £14
• Saturday delivery by end of the day: £16
• London same-day delivery, Monday to Friday, by end of the day: £25

2. GOURMET DELIVERY (UK ONLY)

Available exclusively in the United Kingdom.

Delivery Method

We use DHL and DPD services, depending on the destination and selected delivery option.

Delivery Times

• Orders placed from Monday morning to Thursday morning are delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on the product category.
• Orders placed from Thursday afternoon to Sunday evening are dispatched on the following Monday.

Delivery Costs

• Next-day Monday to Friday delivery, by end of the day: £9.50
• Next-day delivery by 12 pm: £14
• Orders over £150: FREE DELIVERY on both delivery options

10. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and all commercial dealings with BELEAEV CAVIAR & GOURMET LTD are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
