Beef GrainFed Rump - Omugi Each (6kg)

Omugi grain-fed beef rump, a lean yet juicy cut from the hindquarter, trimmed and ready to portion. Supplied in a 6kg pack, with individual cuts approximately 4–5cm thick — well suited to bulk cooking or a commercial kitchen.

Grill, roast or pan-fry for a flavourful, tender result.

Net weight: approx. 6kg. Vacuum-sealed.

Storage: Keep refrigerated at or below 4°C and use within 3–5 days, or freeze for longer storage. Cook to an internal temperature of at least 63°C (145°F).

We use an Express courier service for UK delivery. For orders submitted Monday morning to Thursday morning, delivery time is 24 to 48 hours. Beleaev gourmet products are securely packaged to preserve product quality during transit. Frozen and chilled items are dispatched in insulated boxes with ice packs to maintain cold-chain integrity.
