• 400g watermelon purée, chilled
• 160ml blanco tequila
• 80ml fresh lime juice
• 40ml orange liqueur
• 30ml agave syrup, plus more to taste
• 400g ice
• 1 pinch fine sea salt

Method

1. Add watermelon purée, tequila, lime, orange liqueur, agave and salt to a blender.
2. Add the ice and blend just until smooth and slushy.
3. Taste and adjust with a little more agave or lime.
4. Pour immediately into four chilled glasses.
