A slow brunch for two, built around caviar. A tin of Oscietra Royal with its golden, nutty pearls, sliced smoked salmon and cool crème fraîche, ready to pile onto warm blinis. The easy way to make an ordinary Sunday feel like the occasion.

What's inside the set:

• Oscietra Royal Caviar, 30g: firm amber pearls, nutty and clean, with a finish that lingers. Spoon it onto a blini just before you eat.
• Slow-smoked salmon, sliced, 200g: cured and smoked low and slow for a silky, tender slice. Lay it straight over a warm blini.
• Crème Fraîche, 170g: fresh, thick and gently sour, the cool note that ties the caviar and salmon together.
• Blinis, 12, and a mother-of-pearl spoon, complimentary: pillowy blinis warmed through, and a non-metallic spoon so the caviar tastes as it should.

Warm the blinis, add a little crème fraîche, then the salmon and the caviar on top. A glass of champagne finishes it.

Complete your hamper: add a chilled bottle of Moët & Chandon Impérial.

We use an Express courier service for UK delivery. For orders submitted Monday morning to Thursday morning, delivery time is 24 to 48 hours. Beleaev gourmet products are securely packaged to preserve product quality during transit. Frozen and chilled items are dispatched in insulated boxes with ice packs to maintain cold-chain integrity.
