Suited to high-volume kitchens or a well-stocked freezer — grill, roast or pan-sear to your preferred doneness.

Net weight: approx. 6kg. Vacuum-sealed.

Storage: Keep refrigerated below 4°C, or freeze for longer storage. Thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours before cooking.

Express Delivery

We use an Express courier service for UK delivery. For orders submitted Monday morning to Thursday morning, delivery time is 24 to 48 hours.
