Charcoal-coloured savoury mini cones, made with activated charcoal in the dough for a deep matte black finish that reads dramatic on a white plate or wooden tray. 30 by 90mm, 45 per pack, ready to fill straight from the box. The shell carries a soft savoury flavour, mild enough to take any filling, distinct enough to stand on its own when you want minimal topping. Use Cases

Why charcoal cones The black-and-white contrast does most of the work. White ricotta, pink salmon, red pepper, green herbs all read sharper against charcoal than against a neutral cone, the canapé needs less garnish to look complete. How to fill Pipe to the rim with a small star or plain nozzle, top with one clean garnish (a single herb leaf, a flake of salt, a curl of citrus zest), do not overload. For very wet fillings, brush the inside with melted butter or a thin layer of melted white chocolate first, this keeps the cone crisp for the full canapé service.
