An entry into our BBQ range, built for a weekend grill without the fuss. Smoky Texas hot links, juicy pork frankfurters and a spicy chorizo horseshoe, finished with hot honey to glaze. Everything you need to fire up the coals, in one box.
What's inside the box:
- Texas hot link sausages, pork and beef, x10: coarse, peppery links with a smoky kick. Cook low and steady so the skins crisp without splitting.
- Frankfurter pork sausages, x10: smooth, mild and juicy, the easy crowd-pleaser. Warm through over gentle heat until the skins snap.
- Chorizo hot horseshoe, 225g: paprika-rich and spicy, it renders its red oil onto the grate. Grill whole, then slice on the diagonal.
- Hot honey, Roquito, 720g: sweet heat with a slow chilli warmth, to drizzle over the sausages and chorizo at the table.
Get the grill going, cook the sausages gently so they stay juicy, and thread hot honey over everything at the end.
