Thaw in the refrigerator before cooking. Braise gently for tender meat, or roast until cooked through and the skin is crisp.

Welfare: FoieGood states that its ducks are reared outdoors, without cages or force-feeding.

Net weight: ≈300g per leg. Vacuum-sealed and frozen.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Thaw in the refrigerator before cooking.

Express Delivery

We use an Express courier service for UK delivery. For orders submitted Monday morning to Thursday morning, delivery time is 24 to 48 hours.
