Made in Italy, a family of truffle specialists since 1852. A speciality mustard built on cream from cow's milk, mustard, summer truffle, extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar and a touch of honey. Creamier and rounder than a classic Dijon, the tang of mustard sits underneath an earthy truffle note, with the honey softening the edge. Less sharp on the palate, longer on the finish. A cheese-board essential. Spoon it next to aged hard cheeses, cured meats and crostini, or use it as the binder in a proper sandwich. Equally at home alongside grilled sausages, roast pork, burgers and roasted root vegetables. For a quick sauce, whisk a spoonful with olive oil or extra cream into a dressing for cold beef, ham or chicken.
