Description

Wildflower honey, perfumed with summer truffle. The drizzle that turns Parmigiano, soft cheese or warm sourdough into the occasion.

Made in Italy from carefully selected millefiori honey, known for its delicate floral character. Infused with the aroma of summer truffles (Tuber aestivum) for a low, earthy lift over the natural wildflower sweetness. The result is a balance of soft floral honey and savoury truffle notes. Drizzle just before serving so the aroma reaches the table. Ideal as a finishing touch on cheese boards, charcuterie, light appetisers and aperitivo spreads. Equally at home on desserts, ice cream and pastries. A versatile addition to a gourmet pantry.
