The Ingredients

The Method

1. Mix crab with mayo, egg, panko, Old Bay, mustard. Form into 4 small cakes.

2. Coat in flour, then panko.

3. Shallow-fry in neutral oil 2-3 min per side until golden.

4. Halve French rolls. Spread remoulade. Add lettuce, tomato, 2 crab cakes per roll. Serve.

Soft rolls, not crusty.

Pan-fry, don't deep-fry.
