Comienza con Baeri —refinado, equilibrado y accesible. Luego explora Oscietra (profundo, con sabor a nuez y mantequilla), Imperial Gold (rico, cremoso, de tono dorado) y Beluga (perlas grandes y aterciopeladas, y dulzura sutil).
El caviar es un manjar rico en nutrientes. Es naturalmente abundante en Omega-3 (EPA/DHA), proteínas de alta calidad y vitaminas y minerales clave como la vitamina B12 (sistema nervioso y energía), la vitamina D (función inmune y huesos), las vitaminas A y E (apoyo antioxidante), selenio, yodo, colina y hierro. Disfrutado con moderación, estos nutrientes pueden apoyar la salud del corazón, el cerebro, la piel y el bienestar general. Nota: el caviar no está pasteurizado y es naturalmente salado, por lo que se recomienda moderación; si tiene restricciones dietéticas o está embarazada, consulte a su médico.
Servir bien frío, idealmente con hielo. Utilice una cuchara de nácar (o cuerno/madera/acero inoxidable), nunca de plata. Mantenga las guarniciones sencillas: blinis o tostadas ligeramente untadas con mantequilla, un toque de crème fraîche.
El vodka helado es un clásico atemporal con Oscietra o Imperial Gold. Para el Baeri o Beluga, elija un champán ligeramente dosificado o vinos blancos secos elegantes (Chablis, Sancerre, Blanc de Blancs). Evite los vinos ultra-austeros que pueden dominar el sabor del caviar.
Calcula 30-50 g por persona para entrantes/canapés; hasta 125 g por persona para un plato principal. Para canapés, calcula ~5 g por pieza (una lata de 125 g ≈ 25 canapés).

Sí, el caviar BELEAEV procede de acuicultura certificada, cuenta con certificación CITES y es totalmente trazable. Producimos caviar fresco, sin pasteurizar (malossol) utilizando un método sin sacrificio animal
No exactamente. El caviar se refiere a las huevas de esturión, mientras que el caviar rojo (hueva de salmón) proviene de salmones salvajes o de criaderos sostenibles. Ambos son manjares: la hueva de salmón es más grande, brillante y ofrece un sabor limpio, salino y dulce.
Servir bien frío, nunca congelado. Disfrútelo con blinis calientes, tostadas con mantequilla, patatas asadas o platos de sushi, y acompáñelo con vodka helado, Prosecco seco o champán fresco.
