Burrata with Royal Osietra Caviar

The perfect start to your dinner party, this Burrata Appetizer is a crowd pleaser and pairs perfectly with Beleaev caviar.  

Preparation: 10 minutes • Cooking: 5 minutes

Ingredients for 2-3 people

  • 4 slices Acme Bread Herbed Focaccia

  • 20 grams Tomato Jam

  • 20 grams Ramini Burrata (or one each)

  • 1 tin (30 grams) Royal Oscietra Caviar 

  • 2 grams Lemon Zest

  • 2 grams Rosemary Sea Salt

  • 2 grams Biancolilla EVOO

Method

1. Oil focaccia on both sides and grill on a panini press or plancha, (you can also toast them in an oven) until golden brown. Lightly season with Salt.
2. Place Tomato Jam on plate and add burrata on top. Using a scissor (or your hands), cut (or tear) the cheese at seemed edge. Spoon Royal Oscietra Caviar  inside cut (or torn) side of cheese so it appears to be spilling out naturally.
3. Once bread is warm and toasted place it beside cheese atop plate. Garnish cheese with Rosemary Sea Salt, Lemon Zest, and Bianolilla EVOO. Serve. Enjoy.
