The character is nutty and earthy, with the soft, woodsy aroma summer truffles are known for. Use the slices whole as a finishing layer or chop them roughly to lift a sauce or filling. Ready to use straight from the jar. Add at the end of cooking or serve cold so the aroma carries. Gluten free, vegetarian, non-GMO. The closest thing to fresh shavings without the truffle shaver.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and heat. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within a few days. Always cover the slices with their juice and use a clean spoon.

We use an Express courier service for UK delivery. For orders submitted Monday morning to Thursday morning, delivery time is 24 to 48 hours.
