Delivery & Shipping

We are committed to providing fast and secure delivery so that you can enjoy your caviar and other products in optimal conditions.

Beleaev Caviar  and other Chilled products  - Are  delivered in temperature-controlled packaging to guarantee product integrity. Each tin is placed on a cooling element and packed inside a discreet, unbranded box to ensure an unbroken cold chain from our facility to your doorstep.

Frozen Goods - Presently need to go into a poly box (we are constantly on the lookout for an alternative to these) with recyclable ice packs.

Ambient Products - Generally due to the nature of these products they do not require any special packaging.  Items in glass containers will be wrapped carefully in padded paper or bubble wrap if necessary.

1. CAVIAR DELIVERY

Delivery Method

We deliver via DHL Express Courier and Royal Mail Express.

  • Orders placed Monday AM to Thursday AM are dispatched the same day and typically delivered within 24-48 hours.
  • Orders placed Thursday PM through Sunday PM are dispatched the following Monday to ensure optimal cold-chain logistics.

Delivery Times

  • United Kingdom (UK): 24 hours
  • European Union (EU): 24-72 hours
  • United Arab Emirates (UAE):
    • Dubai: delivery from 3 hours
    • Other Emirates: delivery within 24 hours

Delivery Costs

  • UK: £6.45 - free on orders above £200
  • Portugal, Spain, Germany, Austria: €20 - free on orders above €300
  • Ireland: €30 - free on orders above €300
  • Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg: €40 - free on orders above €300
  • France, Italy: €40 - free on orders above €300
  • Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary: €40 - free on orders above €300
  • Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Croatia: €40 - free on orders above €300
  • Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland: €40 - free on orders above €300
  • Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia: €40 - free on orders above €300
  • UAE: Free delivery on all caviar orders

2. GOURMET DELIVERY (UK ONLY)

Available exclusively in the United Kingdom.

Delivery Method

We deliver via DHL Express Courier and Royal Mail Express.

Delivery Times

  • Orders placed Monday AM to Thursday AM are delivered within 24-72 hours, depending on the product category.
  • Orders placed Thursday PM through Sunday PM are dispatched the following Monday.

Delivery Costs

  • £6.45 per order - free on orders above £200 (flat rate for all gourmet products)

Delivery Zones

  • United Kingdom (UK)

Please note that we currently do not deliver to Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland, or Vatican City.

Seasonal Delivery Notice

During the festive seasons, courier networks across the UK and Europe are experiencing exceptionally high volumes.
While we dispatch all BELEAEV CAVIAR & GOURMET orders promptly and under strict cold-chain control, delivery times may occasionally extend to 1-3 business days.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Unfortunately, these seasonal delays are beyond our control - however, cold-chain integrity, freshness and product quality are always fully maintained.
