Subscriptions from BELEAEV CAVIAR & GOURMET are the most rewarding way to enjoy our caviar and gourmet selection. Choose the products you love, set how often you would like them delivered, and we take care of the rest. Every subscription order is discounted, and you remain in control of your deliveries throughout.

1. Your saving

  • Save 25% on every monthly order, 20% when you choose delivery every two months, or 15% every three months, for as long as your subscription remains active.
  • The discount applies automatically to each recurring order, not only the first.

2. By product type

  • Caviar: every month at 25% off, every two months at 20% off, or every three months at 15% off.
  • Gourmet: every month at 25% off, every two months at 20% off, or every three months at 15% off.

3. How it works

  1. Open any eligible product page and select Subscribe & Save.
  2. Choose your delivery frequency.
  3. Complete checkout once. Your chosen items are then delivered automatically at the frequency you selected, with the discount applied each time.

4. What is available on subscription

Our caviar and gourmet ranges are available on subscription. Accessories and gift items are available as one-time purchases only.

5. One cart for everything

There is no need to place separate orders. You can add subscription items and one-time purchases to the same cart and check out together. Your subscription items will renew automatically at your chosen frequency, while one-time items are simply charged once.

6. Managing your subscription

You stay in control at all times. From your account, under Subscription management, you can do the following.

  • Skip your next renewal. Your upcoming order is skipped and your next delivery becomes the one after it, for example a month later on a monthly plan. Future orders then continue as normal.
  • Pause your subscription at any time. No orders are placed and nothing is charged while it is paused, for as long as you like. You can reactivate whenever you are ready, and your subscription resumes from there.
  • Manage the products in your subscription. Add a new product alongside your current ones, swap a selected product for a different one, edit a product such as its size or quantity, or remove a product. Adding keeps your existing products and includes a new one, while swapping replaces one product with another.
  • Update your delivery address. Change where your orders are sent at any time.
  • Update your payment details. Change the card used for your recurring orders.

Your delivery frequency is chosen when you subscribe.

7. Minimum commitment and cancellation

Each subscription includes an initial order followed by 2 recurring orders. After your first 3 orders have been fulfilled, you may cancel your subscription at any time from your account.

8. Payment and renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at your chosen frequency, and payment is taken at the start of each cycle using your saved payment method. We will always let you know in advance of any change to your subscription pricing.
