A finely ground finishing seasoning built on a base of salt, mushroom and yeast extract, carob and dried black truffle. Vegan, vegetarian, GMO-free. Use it the way you use flaky sea salt, at the end. A small pinch on hot food releases the aroma immediately. It dissolves cleanly into sauces and butters when you want a deeper, slower truffle note running through the whole dish. This is the cheat code for weeknight truffle. Sprinkle on hot chips with grated Parmigiano, on a fried egg, on freshly popped popcorn, on burrata, on a roast chicken straight out of the oven.
