1. Returns ('Dry' Non-Perishable Goods Only)

When you shop online you have the right to a “cooling-off” period of 14 calendar days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, whereby you can withdraw from the contract and return your purchases to the seller.

Defective goods are subject to a 30-day return policy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Perishable goods are not covered by these cooling-off periods, as they might not reasonably last as long as the stipulated 14-day or 30-day thresholds. We are unable to accept returns for perishable items designed for human consumption as these cannot be resold.

    Perishable goods include caviar, fresh and frozen meat, fresh and frozen seafood, and fresh and frozen truffles. These items are considered FINAL SALE. All merchandise is guaranteed to be fresh and should be inspected immediately upon arrival.
  • If you wish to return any 'Dry' non-perishable products, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

    Returns must be made at your own cost within 7 days of receiving the delivery. We can only accept returns of 'Dry' non-perishable products. Fresh or frozen items cannot be returned.

    Returned items must be in their original condition.
  • All returns MUST be agreed with BELEAEV CAVIAR & GOURMET LTD before the items are sent back.
  • Opened items will NOT be accepted for returns due to health and safety reasons. Refunds, if approved, will only be issued for unused items returned in their original thermo packaging with ice.

2. Damage or Other Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

  • If any products are damaged upon receipt, please call us at +44 770 608 4493 or email us at Info@beleaev.com.
  • Please include an image of the damaged product, your Order Number, and a brief explanation of the issue.
  • If the product is defective through no fault of your own, we will happily replace or refund the affected item(s).

3. Refunds

Any approved refund will be issued using the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Please note:

  • Refunds processed through third-party payment providers (such as credit card issuers, Stripe, PayPal, etc.) may be subject to transaction or processing fees imposed by those providers.
  • Beleaev Caviar & Gourmet LTD bears no responsibility for any such third-party charges.
