5. Pricing & Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
Prices are correct at the time of ordering but may be changed without prior notice.
Should any product become unavailable after you have placed your order, we will contact you by email or telephone to advise on the available options.
If a suitable substitute exists, it will be offered subject to your approval. If we cannot reach you, your order will be shipped excluding the unavailable item.

6. Accuracy of Information

You confirm that all information provided when placing an order is complete, accurate, and current.
We shall not be held liable for delivery delays or losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete customer details.

7. Order Confirmation

Upon successful completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email summarising:

- the product(s) ordered,

- quantities,

- price and applicable VAT,

- delivery and shipping charges,

- and the designated delivery address.

If your order cannot be accepted, we will notify you promptly, explaining the reason for rejection.

8. Payment

All credit and debit card transactions are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer.
If your payment is not authorised, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
All payments must be made in full prior to dispatch.

9. Delivery & Shipping

We are committed to providing fast and secure delivery so that you can enjoy your caviar and other BELEAEV CAVIAR & GOURMET products in optimal conditions.

Beleaev Caviar  and other Chilled products  - Are  delivered in temperature-controlled packaging to guarantee product integrity. Each tin is placed on a cooling element and packed inside a discreet, unbranded box to ensure an unbroken cold chain from our facility to your door.

Frozen Goods - Presently need to go into a poly box (we are constantly on the lookout for an alternative to these) with recyclable ice packs.

Ambient Products - Generally due to the nature of these products they do not require any special packaging.  Items in glass containers will be wrapped carefully in padded paper or bubble wrap if necessary.

Delivery Method

We deliver via DHL Express Courier and Royal Mail Express.

- Orders placed between Monday AM and Thursday AM are dispatched the same day and typically delivered within 24-48 hours.

- Orders placed after Thursday PM through Sunday PM are dispatched the following Monday to maintain optimal cold-chain logistics.

Delivery Zones

We currently deliver to:

- United Kingdom (UK)

- European Union (EU)

- United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Please note that we do not deliver to: Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland, and Vatican City.

• UK: £6.45 - free on orders above £200
• Portugal, Spain, Germany, Austria: €20 - free on orders above €300
• Ireland: €30 - free on orders above €300
• Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg: €40 - free on orders above €300
• France, Italy: €40 - free on orders above €300
• Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary: €40 - free on orders above €300
• Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Croatia: €40 - free on orders above €300
• Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland: €40 - free on orders above €300
• Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia: €40 - free on orders above €300
• UAE: Free delivery on all caviar orders
  

10. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and all commercial dealings with BELEAEV CAVIAR & GOURMET LTD are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
