The Seafood Grill Hamper

Meet the Seafood Grill Hamper, built for the coals and the summer table.

A summer hamper built for the grill, generous enough for two by the water or on the terrace. A whole lobster tail, plump prawns and squid go straight over the coals, finished with a good Puglian olive oil. Bring the sea to the barbecue.

What's inside the hamper:

• Canadian XL lobster tail, 180-200g: sweet, firm meat that chars beautifully. Split it, brush with butter and grill shell-side down until just opaque.
• Spencer Gulf whole prawns, 16/20, 1kg: plump South Australian prawns with a clean, briny bite. Grill in the shell over high heat until they turn coral.
• Squid tubes, 1kg: score, oil and cook fast over the hottest part of the grill for tender flesh and a smoky edge.
• Extra virgin olive oil, Lizzanello, Puglia, 500ml: a grassy, peppery Puglian oil for dressing the shellfish straight off the heat.

Fire up the grill and cook everything hot and quick. Finish with a good pour of the olive oil, a squeeze of lemon and a scatter of sea salt.

Complete your hamper: add a chilled bottle of Moët & Chandon Impérial.

We use an Express courier service for UK delivery. For orders submitted Monday morning to Thursday morning, delivery time is 24 to 48 hours. Beleaev gourmet products are securely packaged to preserve product quality during transit. Frozen and chilled items are dispatched in insulated boxes with ice packs to maintain cold-chain integrity.
