Introducing the Grand Caviar Board.
The centrepiece for the table that matters. Two caviars lead, Beluga Reserve for its soft, creamy pearls and Oscietra Royal for its deep, nutty richness, set among smoked salmon, aged cheese and cured meat. One box, laid out and ready, for the celebration you will want to remember.
What's inside the hamper:
- Beluga Reserve Caviar, 30g: large, silvery pearls with a soft break and a clean, buttery finish. Serve it first and on its own, cold, so it leads the board.
- Oscietra Royal Caviar, 50g: firmer pearls, deep and nutty, with a long finish that holds its own next to the Beluga.
- Smoked salmon, sliced, 200g: cured and smoked low and slow for a silky texture, ready to lay straight onto a warm blini.
- Bresaola della Valtellina, 250g: air-dried beef from the Valtellina, lean and delicate, sliced thin for the board.
- Comté Vieux, 18 Month, 150g: aged eighteen months, firm and nutty with a note of brown butter and a gentle sweetness.
- Pickled walnuts in port, 390g: dark, soft and tangy, a sharp foil to the rich cheese and the caviar.
- Miller's toast, 100g: fine, crisp toasts to carry the caviar and the cheese alike.
- Blinis, 12, and a mother-of-pearl spoon, complimentary: warm, pillowy blinis and a non-metallic spoon that keeps the caviar tasting as it should.
Serve the caviar well chilled and on its own first, then build the board outward. It pairs beautifully with champagne.
