Glass Caviar Chiller Set

The Beleaev Glass Caviar Chiller Set. Hand-blown bowl with two mother-of-pearl spoons. Serve caviar the way it asks to be served: cool, clear, and unhurried. The upper bowl rests on a base of crushed ice in the lower dish, which holds the caviar at its serving range of 0 to 4 degrees Celsius. Warmer and the flavour is ruined. Colder and the eggs freeze, spoiling the fine consistency of the pearls.
