Care and Storage

Keep the Brioche Buns with Poppy Seeds frozen until ready to use. To thaw, leave at room temperature for approximately 30-45 minutes or until soft. Buns can be baked directly from frozen—add a few extra minutes to baking time. Store in a freezer at -18°C (0°F) or below. The product is free from artificial preservatives, but it should be consumed within the recommended frozen storage period for optimal quality. For best results, bake within six months of receipt.
