Included in the purchase is a 2 kg vacuum-sealed pack of beef short ribs. Not included are seasonings, marinades, or cooking tools. To maintain freshness, it is recommended to store the beef in the refrigerator at or below 4°C and consume within 3–4 days of purchase or freeze for longer storage.

Care instructions include keeping refrigerated or frozen, avoiding exposure to direct sunlight, and cooking to an internal temperature of at least 63°C (145°F) for safety. The beef can be cleaned with cold water before preparation. No specific warranty is provided, but quality is assured through sourcing standards.

We use an Express courier service for UK delivery. For orders submitted Monday morning to Thursday morning, delivery time is 24 to 48 hours.
