Caviar Tartlets with Imperial Gold Caviar

Crisp savoury tart shells are filled with cool crème fraîche and crowned with Beleaev Imperial Gold Caviar  for a canapé that is ready in minutes and worthy of a festive table.

Ingredients for 20 tartlets

Assembly

  1. Arrange the tart shells on a serving platter.

  2. Fill each shell with a small spoon of crème fraîche .

  3. Top generously with Beleaev Imperial Gold Caviar .

  4. Finish with a sorrel leaf or a few micro herbs and a light touch of freshly ground black pepper.

  5. Serve immediately.

Tip

For the best texture and flavour, remove the caviar from the fridge 15–20 minutes before serving.
Assemble just before serving to keep the tart shells crisp.
