Ingredients for 20 tartlets

20 mini savoury tart shells (ready-made, approx. 38 mm)

1 tin (50 g) Beleaev Imperial Gold Caviar

Fresh sorrel leaves or micro herbs

Freshly ground black pepper
Assembly

Arrange the tart shells on a serving platter.

Fill each shell with a small spoon of crème fraîche .
