Introducing The Connoisseur's Reserve Set.

A reserve for the connoisseur, where land meets sea. A tin of Oscietra Royal caviar, Chilean king crab clusters and Rougié goose foie gras with truffles, the rare things on one table, with blinis and a mother-of-pearl spoon to serve. For the guest who has tasted everything.

What's inside the set:

• Oscietra Royal Caviar, 30g: firm, amber pearls with a nutty depth and a long, clean finish. Serve it cold and first, straight from the tin.
• Chilean King Crab Clusters, Cooked, ≈500g: sweet, snowy leg meat, already cooked. Thaw, crack and eat cold, or warm through with butter.
• Rougié Goose Foie Gras with Truffles, 145g: smooth bloc of goose foie gras shot through with truffle. Spread thick on warm toast.
• Blinis, 12, and a mother-of-pearl spoon, complimentary: soft, warm blinis and a non-metallic spoon that keeps the caviar clean on the palate.

Start with the caviar on a blini, follow with crab and foie gras. Champagne carries all three.

Complete your hamper: add a chilled bottle of Moët & Chandon Impérial.

We use an Express courier service for UK delivery. For orders submitted Monday morning to Thursday morning, delivery time is 24 to 48 hours. Beleaev gourmet products are securely packaged to preserve product quality during transit. Frozen and chilled items are dispatched in insulated boxes with ice packs to maintain cold-chain integrity.
