It features large, vibrant orange pearls with a clean oceanic aroma and a bright, lightly briny flavour. We use an Express courier service. For orders submitted from Monday am to Thursday am the delivery time is 24 to 48h. Beleaev Caviar House is delivered in specially refrigerated packaging with ice packs. This means that we can guarantee an unbroken cold chain throughout transit, until the moment your caviar reaches your door.

How can I open my jar of roe?

Use the caviar key or a small spoon handle to gently lift the lid. Open carefully to preserve the pearls’ natural texture.

How to enjoy salmon roe?

Best served chilled. Use a non-metal spoon and pair with warm blinis, buttered toast, baked potatoes or sushi-style dishes. Enjoy with chilled vodka, dry Prosecco or crisp Champagne Brut.

How much should I order?

• Appetiser / sushi: 20–30 g per person • Main indulgence: up to 100 g per person • Canapés: ~5 g per piece (a 125 g jar ≈ 25 canapés).

How long does it last once opened?

After opening, reseal tightly and refrigerate; enjoy within 48 hours. Unopened jars keep 3–4 months refrigerated (see best-before date).
