Description
Ground summer truffle and salt. A pinch finishes pizza, fries, scrambled eggs or steak, no truffle shaver required.
A finely ground finishing seasoning built on a base of salt, mushroom and yeast extract, carob and dried black truffle. Vegan, vegetarian, GMO-free. Use it the way you use flaky sea salt, at the end. A small pinch on hot food releases the aroma immediately. It dissolves cleanly into sauces and butters when you want a deeper, slower truffle note running through the whole dish. This is the cheat code for weeknight truffle. Sprinkle on hot chips with grated Parmigiano, on a fried egg, on freshly popped popcorn, on burrata, on a roast chicken straight out of the oven. For pasta and risotto, stir a pinch through at the end. 65g jar, plenty for months of finishing.

- United Kingdom origin
- Savoury, earthy, deeply umami, with a black truffle note that lifts on contact with heat.
- A finely ground finishing seasoning built on a base of salt, mushroom and yeast extract, carob and dried black truffle.
- Use it the way you use flaky sea salt, at the end.
Use Cases
How to use Finishing: a pinch over hot chips, roast potatoes, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, omelettes, popcorn, burrata, fresh ricotta, toasted sourdough with butter. Seasoning: rub over steak before grilling, dust over chicken or fish before roasting, season mushrooms before they hit the pan. Blending: stir into pasta sauces, risotto, mushroom soup, mash, polenta or aioli at the end of cooking. Topping: a light dusting on a margherita pizza the moment it leaves the oven. Use it dry and use it last, that is when the truffle reads loudest. Once it sits in a watery sauce for a long simmer, the volatile notes fade.
