A traditional duck foie gras terrine from Lafitte, hand-prepared in France. Silky, buttery and full-flavoured, with no preservatives or additives. The 450g format serves four generously, or eight as part of a larger spread. Slice and serve on warm toasted brioche or country bread for a classic French starter. A versatile larder piece: equally at home on a Christmas table, in a Landes-style salad with smoked duck and pine nuts, or on a cheese and charcuterie board.
