The Almaz Diamond Caviar Set features premium pearls sourced from the rare albino Bester sturgeon, known for its exceptional and distinct appearance. The pearls are carefully cultivated to ensure mirror-clear brilliance, with each caviar bead measuring ≈imately 2.5 to 3 millimeters in diameter, offering a uniform and refined texture.

Crafted through controlled aquaculture environments, the caviar exhibits high freshness and storage stability, maintaining its delicate flavor profile over time. The pearls are presented in a non-reactive, airtight glass container to preserve their quality and brilliance during storage. Accompanying the caviar are complimentary cocktail-style blinis crafted from gluten-free ingredients, providing a traditional pairing that highlights the subtle sea flavors. This set is ideal for luxury tasting experiences, special occasions, or as a gift for connoisseurs of fine caviar. Cocktail blinis (complimentary, included in the set)
Ingredients: Water, wheat flour (with calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), pasteurised free-range whole eggs, whey powder (milk), cornflour, skimmed milk powder, raising agent (E450i), sea salt, wheat starch, sodium bicarbonate (E500), rapeseed oil, sugar, preservative (E202).
Allergens: Contains gluten (wheat), milk and eggs.

Serve well chilled and enjoy on its own, or with warm blinis and crème fraîche for a classic presentation. For a more refined service, serve with lightly buttered new potatoes. Pair with vintage Champagne, Blanc de Blancs, chilled white wine, or ultra-premium iced vodka.

We use an Express courier service. We dispatch Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2pm are sent the same day for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 2pm are sent the next working day. An order placed on Friday before 2pm arrives on Saturday. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm and at the weekend are dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. For addresses in London Zones 1, 2 and 3, we offer same-day delivery by our own driver within 2 to 4 hours. Beleaev Caviar & Gourmet is delivered in specially refrigerated packaging with ice packs. This means that we can guarantee an unbroken cold chain throughout transit, until the moment your caviar reaches your door.
