Discounts & Bonus Policy

At BELEAEV, we maintain a transparent and fair pricing standard across all customers. To ensure clarity and consistency, the following rules apply to all discounts, promotions and loyalty rewards on our website.

1. No Combination of Discounts

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, discounts, promotions, offer codes and loyalty rewards do not stack.

If multiple offers are available, only the highest applicable discount will be applied.

2. Welcome Offer — 10% Off Your First Order

Our 10% First-Order Discount:

  • cannot be applied to promotional or discounted items
  • cannot be combined with any promo codes, bonuses or personal offers
  • cannot be used if Loyalty Programme points are applied
  • is automatically disabled if a seasonal or promotional discount is active

3. Seasonal & Limited-Time Promotions

Seasonal offers (e.g., Black Friday, Holiday promotions):

  • override the Welcome Offer, promo codes and Loyalty Programme rewards
  • apply only during the stated period
  • are automatically applied to eligible products
  • cannot be combined with any other discount

4. Personal Promo Codes & Special Offers

Personal offers, VIP codes and gifting discounts:

  • do not combine with the Welcome Offer
  • do not combine with seasonal promotions
  • cannot be used together with Loyalty Programme points

5. Loyalty Programme

Loyalty Programme points:

  • cannot be applied to promotional items
  • cannot be used together with the 10% Welcome Offer
  • cannot be combined with promo codes, seasonal promotions or special offers
  • are earned from the order total, even if no discount was used
  • can be redeemed only on full-price items

All purchases — including discounted ones — contribute to loyalty point accumulation.

7. Best Available Benefit Rule

When several offers appear available, the system automatically applies the single highest benefit. This ensures simplicity, fairness, and a premium customer experience.
